Our Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@myospotwellness.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used consumable products — including toothpastes, oral rinses, nasal sprays, supplements, and skincare products
  • Personal care items and products that have had their hygiene seals broken
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers. We appreciate your understanding.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@myospotwellness.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, return the eligible unopened product and place a new order separately once your return is approved.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not seen the credit, contact us at hello@myospotwellness.com.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error — damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
