Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used consumable products — toothpastes, oral rinses, nasal sprays, supplements, skincare
- Items with broken hygiene seals
- Sale items and gift cards
