All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our location in Parkland, Florida, United States. We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all orders of $99.00 or more before taxes. No promo code required.
Carriers
We ship via USPS. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, tracking updates will be available via the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your order directly on the USPS website at usps.com or via the link in your confirmation email.
Delivery Issues
MyoSpotWellness is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@myospotwellness.com and we will do our best to assist you.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. MyoSpotWellness is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at hello@myospotwellness.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
