The Frenectomy Journey Kit is a complete myofunctional system for everyone navigating a tongue or lip-tie release — before, during, and after the procedure. Five clinician-designed tools work together to prepare the oral musculature pre-op, accelerate functional recovery post-op, and retrain breathing, swallowing, and posture for the long term.
A frenectomy alone does not restore function. The tissue is released, but the patterns the body developed around the restriction remain. This kit gives you the tools to actively rebuild proper function — tongue posture, lip seal, jaw stability, and nasal breathing — instead of leaving recovery to chance.

Clinical Positioning
This kit is designed as the at-home companion to a frenectomy journey, not a replacement for professional care. Each tool was selected to support a specific functional goal — strength, coordination, posture, breathing — that traditional recovery overlooks.
How To Use Together
Pre-op (2-4 weeks): begin lingual and lip strength training. Post-op (week 1): focus on gentle scar mobilization with the MyoFlow and Wellness Spray. Weeks 2-12: progress through MyoLip levels and jaw stabilizer work. Daily nasal spray throughout.
Pairs With
The Myo To Go self-guided program for structured exercise routines. Daily magnesium or omega-3 to support tissue recovery.

We accept returns on unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
